NEWGENITE AGREEMENT
Member Terms and Conditions
This Newgenite Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NEWGEN FITNESS ("the Gym", "we", "us", "our") and the member ("Member", "you", "your") upon registration and acceptance as a member of NEWGEN FITNESS. Members must read, understand, and agree to comply with all gym policies and regulations.
Members are required to sign an agreement form before membership activation. Web registration includes an "Agree to Continue" confirmation. Members accept all terms, policies, and responsibilities.
1MEMBER POLICY
Membership payment is non-refundable after successful payment and registration.
Every Newgenite must conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow members at all times.
Abuse of substances, illegal drugs, smoking, or alcohol consumption within the gym premises is strictly prohibited.
Fighting, harassment, bullying, threats, or violent behavior will lead to immediate suspension or termination of membership.
Proper gym wear and clean training shoes must be worn before access is granted into the gym area.
Members must handle all gym equipment carefully and responsibly. Damaging equipment intentionally may attract penalties or replacement charges.
All equipment must be returned to its proper position after use.
Members are expected to maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene while using the gym.
Loud arguments, unnecessary noise, or disruptive behavior within the premises will not be tolerated.
Every first-time member must be assigned to a coach before beginning any training program. It is mandatory for all first timers to train under supervision for safety and proper guidance.
First timers are not allowed to pick workout instructions, equipment usage, or training routines on their own without approval from a coach.
Members must follow all safety instructions provided by coaches and management.
Unauthorized personal training or coaching of other members inside the gym is prohibited.
Members must respect gym operating hours and management schedules.
Theft or misconduct of any kind will result in immediate disciplinary action and possible legal involvement.
Members are advised to secure their valuables properly. Management will not be held responsible for lost or missing items.
Recording videos or taking pictures of other members without consent is not allowed.
Any member found violating gym policies repeatedly may have their membership suspended or permanently terminated.
Management reserves the right to update or modify policies when necessary for operational improvement and member safety.
Every Newgenite is expected to contribute positively to the gym environment, discipline, and community culture.
GYM HOUSE COACH POLICY
Coach Guidelines & Expectations
This policy governs the conduct, expectations, and professional standards for all coaches and fitness instructors at NEWGEN FITNESS.
Punctuality
Coaches must resume by 6:30 AM and sign in before 7:00 AM. Be on time for all scheduled classes and personal training sessions.
Professional Conduct
Behave professionally toward members, visitors, and staff. Maintain a positive, supportive attitude at all times.
No Personal Relationships
No inappropriate or personal relationships with current members. Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
Dress Code
Appear neat in approved NEWGEN FITNESS gym attire. Wear the designated staff uniform while on duty.
Respect for Members
Treat all members with respect regardless of age, gender, fitness level, or background. Everyone deserves encouragement.
Proper Use of Equipment
Ensure proper handling and return of equipment. Set a good example for members by re-racking weights.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Maintain clean training areas. Wipe down equipment after use and ensure the gym is always presentable.
No Phone Distractions
No personal phone use during coaching sessions or work hours. Phones should only be used for official gym business.
Safety First
Prioritize member safety during workouts. Always demonstrate proper form and technique. Stop exercises if form breaks down.
Teamwork and Accountability
Work together with other staff, support management decisions, and take responsibility for your actions and duties.
STAFF RULES & REGULATIONS
Staff Conduct & Protocols
These rules and regulations apply to all NEWGEN FITNESS employees, including management, coaches, reception staff, cleaning staff, and maintenance personnel.
Attendance & Punctuality
Staff must be on time and present during assigned hours. Tardiness will not be tolerated. Multiple instances will result in disciplinary action.
Professionalism & Respect
Must maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with members, colleagues, and management.
Workplace Conduct
No fighting, harassment, insults, or misconduct of any kind in the workplace. Maintain a respectful work environment for everyone.
Dress Code
Must dress neatly in approved work attire or designated staff uniform. Look presentable and professional at all times when on duty.
Absenteeism
No absenteeism without prior notice. Emergencies must be reported to management as soon as possible.
No Sleeping On Duty
No sleeping during working hours. Stay alert and attentive to duties. Sleeping on the job is a serious violation.
Cleanliness & Organization
Keep the gym clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Everyone is responsible for maintaining a clean environment.
Integrity & Honesty
Theft, dishonesty, or misuse of gym property leads to immediate dismissal and possible legal action.
Substance Policy
No alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances on gym premises at any time. Violators will be dismissed immediately.
Confidentiality
Must protect privacy and information of gym members and business operations.
No Personal Business
No personal business or side hustles during gym duties or using gym resources.
Follow Instructions
Follow all instructions and operational guidelines from management.
Phone Usage Policy
Phones for official purposes only during working hours. Minimize personal calls and refrain from using social media on the job.
Reporting Responsibilities
Report damaged equipment, suspicious activity, or safety concerns to management immediately.
Disciplinary Procedures
Failure to follow rules may result in: (1) Verbal warning, (2) Written warning, (3) Suspension, (4) Demotion or reassignment, (5) Termination depending on severity.
No Solicitation of Extra Funds
It will not be tolerated for any staff to ask members of the gym for any extra funds except the members offer it by themselves.
Agreement Confirmation
By clicking "Agree to Continue" during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this NEWGENITE AGREEMENT, including all Member Policies, Coach Policies, and Staff Rules as applicable to your role.
